Everyone loves pizza, but I think we can all acknowledge it’s not always the healthiest option. In this video, we show you an easy recipe for truckers to make in the cab — English muffin pizza! This will satisfy your pizza craving without totally derailing your healthy eating plans.
How to Make English Muffin Pizza
Only 3 ingredients are required for this recipe for truckers – an English muffin, shredded cheese, and pizza sauce. To make this healthy pizza, cut the English muffin in half. Go for a whole wheat muffin for extra health benefits. Spread the tomato sauce/pizza sauce over both halves of the muffin and top with 1/8 cup of shredded cheese. Put any veggies you want on top, and pop it in the microwave oven until the cheese is melted. Voila! Healthy pizza, and pretty easy to make to boot!
