Derek demonstrates a simple workout for truck drivers — toe touches. All you’ll need for this exercise is a yoga mat and an optional small medicine ball.
How to do Toe Touches
Lay on the yoga mat with your feet extended straight up in the air. Holding the medicine ball with both hands, crunch up extending your arms and trying to bring the medicine ball to your toes. Lower yourself back down and repeat the rep. We recommend 15-20 reps and 3-4 sets, but always do what you’re comfortable with.
