All you need for these exercises is a simple set of dumbbells. These shoulder workouts for truckers will definitely work out a strained upper back
Lateral Raises: Holding the underside of the trailer with your left hand and a dumbbell in your right hand. Raise your right hand up to shoulder level and back down to starting position. Repeat for desired number of reps.
Anterior Deltoid Raises: Hold a dumbbell in each hand in front of your hips. Slowly raise one arm at a time up to shoulder height and return to starting position, alternating arms. Repeat for desired number of reps.
Arnold Press: With one dumbbell in each arm, bend your elbows in front of your chest with dumbbells held at about chin height. Slowly rotate your arms around and above your head, meeting the dumbbells in the middle over your head with your arms extended. Return to starting position and repeat for however many reps.
