A few months ago, Tammy started driving OTR with her husband. When they first began driving again, she started gaining some weight. Tammy notes that she didn’t make good meal choices or take the time to exercise. And who could blame her – it can be hard to do those things even when you’re not living on the road! After driving all day, that the last thing most of us want to do is do more work.
But recently, Tammy began her journey to become a healthy truck driver. She’s lost about 30 pounds to date, and is on a mission to lose even more!
