Weigh-in: Sunday, October 7, 2012
I lost two more pounds, for a total of 30 pounds lost so far! Yeah! It hasn’t been that hard…most days. There are days like today though when the day is particularly hard and by the time dinner comes around, I tend to get that, “I don’t care” attitude. But if I can make a good choice, I can usually get past it – there are healthy food choices for truck drivers out there! I want to show you some of the good food choices that I’ve made recently.
When we’re at home, my husband and I love to ride bikes. We’ve done as much as 25 miles at one time. We live real close to the Withlacoochee Bike/Walk trail. It has a lot of shade and great scenery. We’re saving up to hopefully buy recumbent bikes soon.
My husband and my son are my favorite hiking buddies. I promised them and myself that I would get in good enough shape to be able to keep up with them. It’s going to be hard to do though, as they like to climb on everything! Here is a picture of the three of us hiking at the foot of Devil’s Tower in Wyoming.
