Just because the majority of truckers don’t have access to a gym on the road doesn’t mean strength training needs to fall by the wayside! There are many exercises for truck drivers that can be done with either bodyweight alone, or minimal equipment that’s easy to travel with.
The CDC recommends adults perform muscle strengthening activities on 2 or more days a week. Muscle strengthening workouts include things like lifting weights, using resistance bands, performing bodyweight exercises, or doing yoga.
